4. Finder Rings that Mount to Schmidt-Cassegrains

Great product. Quality build which is typical for Stellarvue. Very happy with this product

Ordered with the 9x50 finder scope, works as planned. Mounted on my C8 in a few minutes, fits in any of 3 screw pairs (I left my red dot finder attached and put it in the pair closest the SE mount arm). Only thing I would mention is the two screw screws that hold the ring mount dovetail are not nylon tipped, so although it’s totally hidden, they do immediately leave marks. I added a piece of painters tape to protect my shiny new toy.

Purchased these to mount F060M2. Called to make sure this was the correct set of rings/mount for my older Meade SCT. Phone support was very helpful. Rings and finder went together and mounted up perfectly! VERY happy with both products and the support!

The 50/60mm ring and rail system are a very good value for the price. The fit and finish are excellent and the rings hold my new finder extremely well. The plastic tips on the thumbscrews are a nice touch and will keep from marring the painted surface of your finder. The only nits are the the thumbscrews are a little too long, so they stick out quite a bit. They should be a 7-8mm shorter to have a better look. The rail came with a tiny nick in the finish, but it was covered by the mounting shoe. Still, it should not have made it past QA. Overall, this ring set is a tremendous value and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent mount. Rock solid. It's good have metal adjusting screws with nylon tips that don't scratch the finder scope. Far better than the mounting rings that came with my telescope. This mount can easily be modified to use on a camera tripod. Just drill and tap one of the unused holes on the mounting bar to 1/4 20 thread. This would allow easy mounting of the finder scope to a short tripod for backpacking.

I bought a set of these rings to replace the poor quality finder rings supplied with my C-11 edge. Installed, aligned finder and locked with 5mm jam nuts. Still aligned after a year. Just bought another set for our clubs Celestron. An excellent good looking product...highly recommended.

Perfect for the correct image 9X50 finder.

I really like this mounting ring system because it is well designed and made with high quality materials. It holds my finder scope securely. The adjustment screws are solid and allow very precise alignment of the finder scope. My only complaint is that the set screws mar the dovetail that mounts to the telescope. A minor quibble, to be sure. I would rate this product 4.5 stars but there are no half-star increments.
