This is a 36.5 mm extension with 69 mm male to 48 mm male threads. The 69 mm male thread is 4 mm long and the 48 mm male thread is 5 mm long.
This particular item is made in China and it is an economical way to get an extension of 36.5 mm. The other way to achieve this extension is to combine our cnc machined SFE-M69-033 extension tube and our SFA-M69M48F49-003 adapter. The advantage to using this alternative is that the adapter has both a male M48 thread for camera connection plus an M48 female thread on the other side. This permits the use of 2" filters. Using the 36.5 mm extension by itself does not allow the use of filters.
