ALC-D4 Stellarvue Lens Cleaner is the recommended lens cleaner used in the Stellarvue optical shop. This easy-to-use solution cleans quickly and efficiently, does not damage lenses the way acetone can, and is safe for all Stellarvue optics. For cleaning objectives with a lens tissue or Kimwipe we recommend the spray bottle version of this cleaner. For cleaning eyepieces with swabs, we recommend this dropper bottle. Always apply to the swab and never directly on the optics.
Note: Before cleaning any optical surface use a brush and bulb blower to remove all loose particles of dust. Cleaning any optic with any dust and debris on it can scratch lenses.
