This LBN529 (Cave Nebula) image was submitted by Ronald Van-Vleet. To “Own the Night” Ronald used his Stellarvue 130-mm refractor. The image was stacked, all exposures were 600 seconds totaling 150 minutes. Data was collected 10-05-18 at the Goat Mountain Astonomical Research Station. The processing was done in CCDStack2 and touched up in Photoshop. Attached to his 130-mm refractor was a Trius SX-25 imager, on iOptron’s new CEM120-EC2 mount. Ronald is an active member of the Riverside Astronomical Society. We are very happy to share this with the Stellarvue family, and hope Ronald will continue to share more in the future.
