Pelican Nebula IC 5070 - Eugene Helsel

This week’s StellarShot was submitted to us by Eugene Helsel. Eugene was able to “Own the Night” with his SVX130T. He owns several Stellarvue telescopes in his collection, and the SVX130T is the latest. The brilliant and colorful Pelican Nebula IC 5070 image shows amazing contrast and definition. This is his first image taken with his new SVX130T. The pelican nebula, taken with QHY367C (OSC) and our Stellarvue SVX130T-35SV field flattener (910mm FL), with 10 hours of imaging over 2 nights in Julian CA. We are happy and proud to share this with the Stellarvue family, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
