Brian Meyers managed to capture this impressive image of M33 in Triangulum with his SVX90T. This Galaxy is believed to be a satellite of the Andromeda due to their interactions, velocities and proximity to one another. Nearly 3 million light-years away from Earth, it is the third largest member of the local group of galaxies, behind the Andromeda and the Milky Way.
Other Designations: M33, Messier 33, Triangulum Galaxy, Pinwheel Galaxy, NGC 0598, MCG=05-04-069, UGC 1117, PCG 5818.
