"The Veil Nebula" (NGC 6992) - by Eric Dreher

Congratulations to Eric Dreher for taking this week's Stellar Shot! Eric took this image with his Stellarvue SVX102T and a ZWO-ASI1600MM-P, running on top of an AstroPhysics Mach1 GTO. This is a strong start for Eric who is still in the early stages of this hobby, and while he was kind enough to attribute much of this to the telescope we think his processing is pretty top-notch as well. The stars are well-colored and sharp, the tracking appears to have been excellent, and his final color balance is a very pleasing mix of reds from Ha and blues from Oiii.
