3. Non Rotating Helical Focuser

Using this focuser to convert a right-angle finder scope to a guide scope was part of my process of going all-in on astrophotography. This is another excellent piece of equipment from Stellarvue - what I have come to expect. While a relatively minor part of my whole setup, it matches everything else in quality, from the engraving to the finger grip and of course the smooth motion.

Works well with the 50 mm finder scope.

The F05NR is just what the doctor ordered to convert my Stellarvue 50mm finder into a guidescope. The addition of a 3x Barlow and a ZWO ASI174 mini makes for a fantastic guidescope with excellent PHD guiding performance for my SCT. Operation is smooth and can be locked down to prevent defocusing.

I have been using a Stellarvue 50mm Finderscope for 10 years on my SCT and found it a great little visual scope that I use often. Now it makes a great guide scope as well with this focuser. It shipped with a 10mm ring that works perfect with a SSAG and my old cross hair eye piece as well. Can't wait to use it with my new SVR102T-IS.

I bought this to turn my RACI 9x50 finderscope into a guidescope for my Lacerta MGEN guider (7 mm backfocus from the T mount). By using the focuser's T thread I can bring the camera in focus a few notches before reaching the end of the focuser travel range, which is just fine for me.

This focuser is very well made. Action is super smooth and has plenty of travel for autoguiding cameras (I use a ZWO ASI120MC-S). I particularly enjoy the graduations on the barrel; refocusing is easy and swift. Wonderful product; thank you Sellarvue!
